Mrs. Carl Gilbert attended her card club on Friday evening at the home of Mrs. Harvey Dykema of Polo. Mr. and Mrs.

Ralph Carpenter of Forreston were Sunday evevisitors of Mr. and Mrs. Max Norris and Teddy. Susan Gilbert, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Carl Gilbert, has the mumps this week. and Mrs. Donald White and daughters attended the wedding of the former's cousin at Rockford on Saturday. Mrs. Ira Fisher of Southern Illinois spent Wednesday with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr.

and Mrs. Joe Dedlich. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Miller of Polo and Mr.

and Mrs. Carl Gilbert spent Monday evening in Beloit, Wis. Mr. and Mrs. Donald White and daughters were Sunday evening supper guests of Mr.

and Mrs. Ross Simons of Dixon. The supper was in honor of the birthday of Mrs. White. Dallas Twigg of Oregon was a Tuesday afternoon caller of Mr.

and Mrs. John Hanna. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Gilbert, Mr.

and Mrs. Robert Reed, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Dykema attended their class reunion at the Rainbow in Dixon on Satorday evening. Mr.

Boyer has been with the air force for eight years. Mrs. Boyer and Mrs. Cooley are sisters. There were 26 present to enjoy the family get-to- gether.
